So I posted this on my Facebook stories that my plans changed this evening so I managed to get to the gym to do a core class 💪 (trying to post these things for my own accountability)
However it wasn’t until I was scrolling looking for something else that it made me realise my face has stayed on pretty well since 7:30am 🕢 through a day in the office then gym 💪🙌

So… where have I been… hiding from myself really! I feel like so much has gone on in the past couple of years that I was last on the list. I’ve put on weight, found makeup and skincare didn’t sit on my face how I liked any more, so went on a mission to find a foundation that made me happy… it’s taken a long time but I have realised what being present on social media did for my self belief and self confidence and I’m ready to build that back up (be kind!) I need to get the old me back so I’m sorry but going to bring you all on my journey of skincare, fitness and showing up whether I’m happy with a photo or not….
So the next step for me I have done is become a Tropic Ambassador. I didn’t actually join for the skincare at the time, I joined for the foundation I fell in love with but the skincare is just …. Well wow 🤩 I’ve loved everything I’ve tried! My goal now is to help as many of you with skincare and any skin changes you may have had like me now I’m over 40!! 🤦‍♀️

Right…. I need to get back into these posts…. But I keep over thinking 🤔 what to write so here’s a basic before and after work face 😬
Anyway… I will explain later why I disappeared for a while 😘😘
