Perms arn’t what they used to be ..
Goldwell low odour (remember that smell that haunts us😤)!
This perm is on a fresh head of heavily bleached highlights .. its soft gentle wave is fabulous and I don’t care what anyone says .. some of us NEED a bitta OOMPH to hold that style .. whether blown out or left natural - cared for with OLAPLEX .. I think it’s great !
