A few people have asked me if I offer lash extensions and sadly, I do not. I wanted to show you the difference between natural lash extensions and a lash lift & tint and you can see for yourselves why I only offer the latter. I found this photo online (not my work) to show you.

The lashes on the left require:

Let me tell you about our wonderful Paraffin Wax Treatment that can help ❤

A paraffin wax "dip" or "bath" is a soothing treatment in which the feet are submerged in a warm mixture of paraffin, a petroleum-based wax, and mineral oil. This warming treatment soothes aching joints and improves circulation, and the combination of oil and wax softens rough skin. Massage therapists can use paraffin dips to relieve joint stiffness, while spas and salons often include them with pedicures.

🌷 How It Works
The wax, solid at room temperature, is heated to between 123 and 125 degrees in a foot bath. The feet are then submerged, either one at a time or together. After a few seconds, the feet are removed from the bath and the wax hardens slightly when it hits room temperature air. The feet are dipped three to six more times to form a thick layer of wax, and then allowed to dry for 10 to 15 minutes, cosy in some heated booties. The wax is then peeled or rubbed away and the used wax is discarded.

🌷 How It Helps
The wax traps heat near the skin, which pe*****tes to stiff and aching joints. This warmth also improves circulation to the feet. The wax and mineral oil softens rough skin, making it an ideal preliminary to a pedicure or a relaxing treatment for those who work on their feet for long periods. It is also used as a therapeutic treatment for arthritis, muscular pain or joint sprains.

🌷 Who Should Avoid It
Since the wax in a paraffin treatment needs to be very warm, it is not recommended for children, very elderly people or anyone who is sensitive to high temperatures. It can also be dangerous for those with limited sensation in their feet, including people with diabetes or vascular disease.

Doctors who wanted to alleviate their patients’ arthritis pain first used paraffin wax in the 1950s. Three decades later, during the 1980s, it became widely used as beauty treatment. You’ll find paraffin wax treatments on the list of services at nail salons and spas, although this hydrating wax has benefits that go beyond skin-deep.

Paraffin wax treatments are frequently used in spas or manicuring salons since this petroleum-based product hydrates and softens skin while coating the skin's surface. It also increases circulation to the skin and opens pores, which allows the hydrating elements to pe*****te the outer layers of the skin. This makes it a good candidate for treating dry skin and moisturizing cuticles. Technicians apply paraffin wax by dipping the hand, foot or limb into the warm wax or brushing it on, allowing the wax to cool before applying.

After being applied to the body, the wax encases the treated area, trapping heat and relaxing the surrounding tissues. This makes it particularly helpful for treating stiff joints and alleviating pain associated with:
