By now I’m guessing that some of you guys already know but for those that don’t….

So last Saturday was the last day spent at the Bournemouth Studio I’ve called home for the last couple of years.
It’s been a blast there and I can’t thank my hosts enough for their hospitality and for allowing me to carry on serving the people of Bournemouth and Poole the best quality of cuts available to mankind!

But as you know, time moves on and so do we and now it’s time to expand on to an area that I’m needed in.

So from this week I have new hours and new working areas!!! Exciting or what??!!

Tuesday’s, Wednesday’s and Thursday’s I shall be working from my BRAND NEW studio in Fordingbridge, Hants. The exact details will be released shortly….but just to let you know, it’s looking lovely and I’m super excited to show you guys!

And on Friday’s and Saturday’s I shall be serving the people of Bournemouth, Poole and the surrounding areas via a MOBILE CUTTING SERVICE!!! (see, told you it was exciting!)

That’s right, so the level or service, skill and professionalism you’ve come to expect will now be available in your very own homes!! Think of me as a Deliveroo for barbering? 😂

I have a few slots left on Thursday the 23rd (pm only)…. Once this is booked up I might start taking bookings for Wednesday the 22nd.

I have quite a few slots on Thursday the 30th and on New Years Eve (up to 12pm)

*FREEDOM DAY* UPDATE:

So as of today the legal requirement for my customers to wear a face covering while I cut their hair is no longer in place.

However, my personal opinion is that due to the continued rising infection rates (and the inevitable hospital admissions that follow), I feel that is it is quite clear that we are certainly not out of the woods yet. So I have taken the decision to continue wearing a mask while I cut hair.
As you know, I take the health and safety of my customers very seriously and it’s of my opinion that the chance of cross infection without any form of face covering (from both parties) while cutting hair is certain.

So while it is not a legal requirement any more, I will politely ask my clientele to “carry on as usual” with regards to face coverings. Please don’t be offended by my standpoint on this view.

Hey there you beautiful people of FacePalm Land....

So as some of you have probably seen or heard on the news, The Bournemouth, Poole and Christchurch areas are going into Tier 4 as of tomorrow morning.

Tier 4 states that all non-essential shops will have to close, that obviously includes your favourite little ol’ Barber!

I’m sorry if you had an appointment booked in with me, but I’m afraid that I’m going to have to postpone our date.

Rest assured that I will be sat here waiting patiently for your return, polishing my scissors and sharpening my razors!!

In the mean time, I’ll just ask you to stay safe and look after yourselves. Follow the rules and guidelines and hopefully we’ll come out of this smiling in a few weeks.

Yes we’re back open after a whole month off! And what a month it’s been. I’ve been walking, I’ve done quite a few long rides on the bike, oh and I’ve dusted off the skateboard and taken up bowl skating at Duck Lane!
