Temporary nanny job - August and September based in Marshwood, near Bridport. DT6.

Temporary nanny sought for a family with two children aged 2 1/2 years and baby 10 weeks old.

You will be working daytimes providing a mixture of sole charge and shared care of the two children. You will support with baby duties such as changing, feeding and settling baby. You will engage the preschooler in fun age appropriate play within the property and local area. Plus support with nursery duties.

The family require support on a temporary basis from 17th August until 27th September. Hours are between 8-10 hours per a day.

The right nanny must be a car driver with own car for work purposes, you will hold a minimum of 3 years professional childcare experience, experience with young babies and pre schoolers essential. Childcare qualifications preferred. Checkable professional childcare references essential.

Rate to reflect experience from £16-£20 per an hour.

Permanent Wednesday (full day) Nanny job in Dorchester. DT1

A wonderful family seek a permanent Wednesday nanny for boy aged 8 years old. Nanny required from 8am until 7:15pm all year round starting September 2026.

During the term time you will support the morning routine, walk the boy to school, return to the family home and spend the day supporting with nursery duties such as tidying and organising child’s spaces, child’s laundry, organising resources in playroom, light clean where needed, supermarket shop and meal preparation. You will collect from school and take the boy to his activity, return home provide dinner and support the evening routine.

During the school holidays you will provide a fun age appropriate day offering plenty of physical play, outdoor adventures, visits to local attractions balanced with spending time within the home offering engaging play. Nursery duties required as time allows.

You will be a car driver, confident driving in the town and countryside either using your own car or nanny car. You will hold previous professional experience with school age children. Qualifications preferred, checkable professional childcare references essential.

Salary to reflect experience / qualifications. Between £15-£20 gross per an hour.
