We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your continued support and loyalty to our salon.

To help us provide the best possible experience for every client, we kindly ask that you arrive on time for your appointments. We understand that occasional delays can happen, and wherever possible, we will always do our best to accommodate a few minutes of lateness.

However, our treatment rooms and nail bar are scheduled back-to-back throughout the day, with therapists and technicians allocated to clients at specific times.

When appointments start late, it can have a knock-on effect on the rest of the day's schedule and may impact the experience of clients who arrive on time for their appointments.

Unfortunately, if you arrive significantly late, there may not be enough time to complete your treatment safely and to the standard we pride ourselves on delivering. In these circumstances, we may need to shorten, amend, or, in some cases, reschedule the appointment.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us keep the salon running smoothly for everyone. If you think you may be delayed, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will always do our best to assist.

The go to for every client, and every member of our team is the pro collagen cleansing balm. You will see this product in every celebrities bathroom cabinet! It comes in natural (our favourite) black cherry and fig, and it is sumptuous and velvety. It cleanses every molecule of make up, hydrates like no other cleanser, and plumps the skin with collagen.

There are multiple add ons to your skin routine in the vast range including marine oils and serums, we use all of these in our Elemis facials with amazing results, but your must have, along with the cleanser, is a great daily moisturiser, our pick is the pro collagen marine cream with 30 spf.

The marine cream is super lightweight, it plumps, and hydrates throughout the day under foundation or tinted moisturiser. It ensures your make up never clogs or flakes throughout the day and will have everyone you meet comment on your dewy glow.
