Come try a taster session. From May 1st we are offering a short introduction to massages for people who have never had one, or wish to try out other types of massages than they are used to.

Or, if you are just curious, message us and we will give as much information as we can as to what is involved, what you should do in preparation (seriously, nothing, just turn up!) and also what to wear and expect on your first journey into to world of massages.

Our Ukr Special Massage combines Swedish massage and advanced massage techniques with gentle stretching. Perfect for those with areas of tension and stiffness and for those wanting a firmer massage but to still feel relaxed.
The gentle stretching will increase flexibility, range of movement and will leave you feeling looser.
Your therapist will recommend some stretches that you can do at home to help improve your areas of tension and increase flexibility.

This massage is perfect for those wanting a medium or firm pressure, wanting their tight areas to be worked on, but not wanting a massage as firm as the deep tissue.

If you prefer a light pressure, the Swedish massage may be more suited to you. 🥰
