Another beautiful face from the beginning of January,

Sonia was a bridesmaid for my lovely bride I posted last. She spoke very little English… so we had bride interpreting between us for the initial chat of what look we were going to do.

Sonia wore very little makeup day to day, and her only requests were to keep base natural, and pop a dark liner in her waterline.

We were giggling and looking in the mirror and nodding at each other whilst the makeup progessed, as if there wasn’t a language barrier there at all.

She didn’t have to mention a word, I knew how much she loved her makeup with the first glance of the finished look 🩷

I had such a wholesome day with this bridal party, and even nipped into the wedding afterwards which was such a joy.

Makes me feel lucky I get to call this my job 🩷

No January blues around here, we’ve had wedding celebrations and birthday party’s galore!

I’ve met some absolutely lovey new clients 🩷

Here’s the lovely Sienna all the way from the States for her 2nd wedding for her UK guests back at Christmas time.

I thought her outfit choice was gorgeous, opting for some colour instead of wearing her wedding dress again.

Yesterdays beautiful bride, Mrs Petrie 🩷

We made subtle tweaks from the trial appointment, Caroline loved her makeup but decided against the sparkle on her eyes, and wanted to switch up the lip colour so that’s exactly what we did.

Trials are an amazing way of not only deciding what you do want, but trying things you aren’t sure on, so you can work out what exactly what you don’t want… thus ensuring you look is totally nailed on the day

I always suggest try the sparkle do the bold lip, wear the eyelashes and if it’s too much, we know just what to scale it back to, or add more of on the day!
