Dear Valued Clients,

As we celebrate 21 years in business this April, we’d like to take a moment to thank you for your ongoing support. Over the years, we’ve always strived to provide you with the highest quality service and care.

In order to ensure that we can continue to offer this level of service, we have had to make the difficult decision to implement a cancellation policy. This policy is crucial in helping us maintain a stable income for our team, who work hard to accommodate all of our clients and ensure we fit everyone in, often working twelve-hour days. While we truly love our work, we also have families to take care of, and like everyone, we rely on our income.

We fully understand that last-minute changes can happen, and we’re happy to accommodate when possible. However, to help us manage the schedule, we ask that you kindly give at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to rearrange or cancel an appointment.

The cancellation fees are as follows:
• 48 hours’ notice or more: No fee
• Less than 48 hours’ notice: 25% cancellation fee
• Less than 24 hours’ notice: 50% cancellation fee

We know that most of our clients will completely understand and respect this change, and we sincerely appreciate your support as we implement this policy.

After 24 hours notice - 50% cancellation fee

Rebook appointment - 50% deposit will be taken on booking.
