Hi everyone, would just like to point out the cancellation/ no show policy as I’ve had quite a few in recent weeks.

If you cancel within 6 hours of your appointment (or you forget to show up) a £10 charge will apply for appointments that are 30 minutes or under. £15 charge for 45 minute appointments. People not showing up means I don't get paid. Hope you guys can understand, cheers.
