Hello hope you’re all having a wonderful Easter break, I would like to tell you about my first experience of doing reiki.
I went with a friend for a taster day the lady who was teaching was like you and me and I really enjoyed her company and felt very relaxed, after being shown how to ground yourself and talking about what you might feel or not, she said we would all have a little go on her, we all took turns and then we spoke about it nobody seemed to get anything except for me, I felt a lot of pain as I went down her leg and especially below her knee, there were a few giggles and weird looks until she pulled up her trouser leg it was black and blue she had had a bad fall in the street, the giggles and weird looks went and all I heard was OH MY GOD!!no one was more surprised than me and that’s how it all started
