🩸 Have you heard about the 7-2-1 Rule?? 🩸

🙋🏼‍♀️ If I’m honest I had never heard of this rule until i studied with Liadh from Liadh Fitzgerald - Leading Expert in Fertility/Meno Education

If you don’t know already, I am currently studying to become a Women’s Health Clinical Coach. Learning about Women’s Health is really important to me and I feel so grateful to be able to educate my two girls as they go through the different transitions of life 🩷🩷

So the 7-2-1 RULE

Let’s break it down…

This Rule is a screening tool to help you identify if your period requires medical attention.

The numbers of the rule a key red flags of abnormal bleeding.

🩸 7- your cycle length, how long your bleed lasts for


🩸 2- how often you are changing your sanitary ware
2hrs or less

🩸 1 - clot size- should be no bigger than a £1 or €1

If you have noticed a change in your cycle, your first step is to consult your GP. If you need support/ guidance, advocacy then please reach out.
