This is a polite reminder about my cancellation policy as I have had a number of people not turning up for their appointments or cancelling last minute.

This is my busiest time of the year and I am fully booked for Christmas so if you can not make your appointment please let me know as it could be offered to someone else.

As my policy states, I require at least 48 hours notice for cancelling and rescheduling appointments, failure to comply with this will resut in you being charged 50% of your treatment cost, this also includes altering your treatments within your appointments.

If you turn up to your appointment and have multiple treatments booked and decide you no longer want some of them treatments you will still be charged the full amount, these appointments could be offered to someone else.

Same day cancellations and no shows will be charged 100% of the treatment cost and will also be required to pay a non refundable booking fee for your next appointments.
