I love what i do and i adore my clients but with anything we have to evolve

Im often asked why i add new treatments that are different to what we originally offered and truth is....

Since covid more people do their own nails brows etc. We have seen a massive decline in a lot of treatments because either they have learnt to do them themselves OR they learnt that they don't need that pamper every month or whatever

Of course I have my loyal clients but the truth of the matter is late cancellations, no shows, decline in a need all play a massive part so we have to evolve and grow and also keep up with the times and trends

There will be lots coming over the summer and I 100% know it wont interest 80% of my client base BUT ive learnt going with what my client base request isn't always great because I did that with massages and they have flopped because those who requested havent even booked in

So from now im going with what I know i can either personally benefit from OR i know can bring a new type of client
