Aspire Beauty Training is officially becoming Behind the Brush Makeup Academy.

Over the years, Aspire offered a wide range of beauty courses, but at the heart of it, makeup has always been my passion and what I enjoy the most.

To continue working in the industry I love and teach real, hands on experience, I’ve decided to move forward with a more focused selection of courses.

The name reflects the focus on the artist behind the brush - the skill, creativity, and confidence that comes with it.

Seren is a dedicated and a very meticulous young lady in all that she does 🫶🏻

When it all began (20 ish years ago) fresh as a Beauty Therapist. On this particular day we were entering a competition. My friend Michelle with her blonde hair was my Marilyn (I need to find that photo) and I was Dorothy from the Wizard of Oz ❤️

How Do The Courses Work?

Each course teaches you an in-demand treatment, along with the industry leading techniques you need in order to deliver amazing results for your clients. The training sessions are highly practical and provide you with one-to-one guidance and feedback.

All courses are credited by the Guild of Beauty Therapists, which means you'll gain a fully recognised qualification for insurance purposes.

Who Teaches the Course?

My name is Andreé and I am a professional Hair and Makeup Artist in the Film and TV industry. I have over two decades of experience in the beauty profession and run my own successful Salon for many years. When I'm not on set, I love to work with passionate students and pass on the knowledge I've learned.

Good Afternoon,

I thought I would post and answer some questions frequently asked about our Training.

HOW DO I ENROL ON A COURSE?

You enrol on a course by either contacting Aspire Beauty Training or through the beautyguild.com and choose Aspire as the school to complete your practical with.

HOW SOON AFTER ENROLLING CAN I START THE COURSE THEORY?

Once you have enrolled on the course and paid the course fee, you will have immediate access to the online course module which means you can start straight away.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE ME TO COMPLETE MY COURSE THEORY?

The time it takes to complete the course theory will depend on how quickly you learn as an individual, and also on the number of hours per day you spend on it. Most students are able to complete the course with in approximately 8 hrs.

The number of modules are different on each course. You can dip in and out of study, just as long as you finish the module you are currently on.
