🙏 HELP REQUIRED PLEASE

I know this is almost asking the impossible and we don’t normally post looking for properties but I have a particular vendor, under offer and ready to go who is desperately looking for a bungalow on the flat in the Port Talbot area around 200,000

My vendor has unfortunately suffered a stroke quite early in life and is having to move home a lot sooner than expected due to his current condition and prognosis for the future.

I just thought it was worth sharing on here so that if there is anyone who knows of a bungalow coming up, they could drop me a message and we can see if we can get these lovely people moved.

Any shares on this one would be hugely appreciated.
