Your Beauty Secret is looking for a Beauty Therapist to join our team of angels!

About the position

– Part time or casual position
– Permanent employment
– Competitive salary, benefits and pension scheme (optional)
– Paid holiday
– Training and development opportunities

Hours of work

– Thursday 9:30am to 7:30pm
– Two out of three Saturdays
– Possible Mondays in line with client demand (can be discussed/reviewed at a later date)
– Overtime will be available in line with client demand

Main duties

– Providing excellent services to our clients
– General administration tasks
– Generating new business
– Retaining existing clients - this is very important!

About you, essential

– Highly trained (NVQ level 2 or above or equivalent)
– At least 3 years of salon experience
– Highly motivated and a great team member
– Provide excellent customer service
– Attention to detail
– Polite, professional and punctual
– Flexible

Desirable, but not essential

– Hot Stones Massage
– Aromatherapy Massage
– CND Brisa Gel Nails
– LashFX Lash Extensions
– CACI Non-Surgical Facelift
– Knowledge of Murad

About us

We're a small, friendly and professional salon located at Kershaw's Shopping Village in Brighouse, West Yorkshire. We specialise in anti-ageing treatments, including the CACI Non-Surgical Facelift, LED LightFusion photofacial and Murad anti-ageing facial.

We also offer all aspects of beauty, such as CND Spa Manicure and Pedicure, Shellac Polish, waxing, lash extensions, lash lifting, tinting and massage.

Alison, the salon owner and director has a wealth of knowledge and experience, originating from over 20 years in senior management positions in the spa, leisure and beauty industry.
