Only two days in of my holiday and I feel so relaxed 🏝🥂☀️ needed this holiday more than I realised… time with my beautiful best friend is just what I needed ❤️😘

So many of us worry about what we haven’t achieved or should we have done that???
We need to stop thinking of the what ifs and just have more spontaneous fun

We worry about our looks now… but in 10yrs time we will want the face/body we once cried about

We compare ourselves to other people’s Insta posts but does anyone post the arguments??

Let’s try worrying less… enjoy the highs and ride the lows best we can ❤️
