Teeth Whitening Aftercare 🦷

Drink at least 2L of water before & after your appt this will help hydrate your teeth & prevent sensitivity.

For the first 24-48 hours use only clear/white dental products. Blue and red pigment from toothpastes and mouthwashes can seep into the pores of your teeth (which are open for the first 48 hours after your whitening appt.) and re-stain them

For the first 24-48 hours no coffee, tea, red wine or any other coloured beverages! Water and milk are best to maintain a white smile!

Stop vaping/smoking for the first 24-48 hours after getting your teeth whitened!

Stick to the white diet!
for the first 48, try to only
consume foods that are light in colour and will not “stain a white t-shirt” such as: red pasta sauce, beets, etc.

Prebook your touch-up appointment for 1-2 weeks after your initial appointment~ this second whitening will get you to (or closer to) your goal shade and make your white smile last longer too!
