Recently a client came to me struggling with ongoing shoulder pain — especially at night. Their sleep was broken, and it was starting to affect everything else.
We kept things simple:
✔️ A structured rehab plan
✔️ Gradual strength and mobility work
✔️ Consistency
A few weeks later, this is what they said:
“Currently I am totally pain free and sleeping much better because of it. The plan seems to have really helped so I can’t thank you enough.”
Pain doesn’t always need anything complicated — it just needs the right plan, at the right time.
If your shoulder (or anything else) has been nagging you and not improving, it might be time to try a different approach.
