unfortunately, due to an increase in no-show appointments, we have now had to enforce a cancellation fee in order to protect our (barbers) from losing out on income.

When you next book it will ask for card details (THIS IS NOT PAYMENT) your card will not be charged unless you break the policy (so yes you can still pay cash on the day)

For example, today alone one Barber had four no-shows totalling to £100! Please respect our time just as much as we respect yours 🙏

The policy is as follows:
If you cancel within three hours of the appointment

OR

Fail to turn up

you will be charged in full for the chosen service

Harry will be working on a part time basis for now to help deal with the demand and over flow as the boys are stacked! 🙌
