My lovely client had her first pure chemical peel as the start of her personalised skin programme, combining professional clinic treatments with a bespoke professional home skincare routine tailored specifically to her skin.
My client has stubborn skin congestion preventing from that flawless silky feel she desires so we are starting with some fabulous peels to begin with and will combine them with other bespoke treatments after.

Real skin rejuvenation takes time, consistency and the right treatment plan. If you're looking for overnight miracles, I'm probably not the practitioner for you. ✨ Face to Face Friday ✨

Six years separate these two photos, but the biggest difference isn't the weight I've lost or the treatments I've chosen to have done.

It's my growth, my healing and my recovery to become who I am today.

There was a time when I poured every ounce of myself into everyone else, leaving very little behind for me. I smiled when I was hurting, kept going when I was exhausted and convinced myself that surviving was enough.

It wasn't.

Healing isn't linear, and it certainly isn't just physical. Sometimes it begins with setting boundaries, sometimes it's asking for help, sometimes it's nourishing your body, taking care of your skin or simply looking in the mirror and deciding that you're worth investing in too.

That's why I believe any treatment should never be about chasing perfection. For me, it's about restoring confidence, helping someone feel comfortable in their own skin and reminding them of the person they've always been, beneath life's challenges.

If you're in a season where you've forgotten yourself, please know this...
You are not behind. You are not too late. And you are not too broken to rebuild.

Be gentle with yourself. One small choice at a time can change your whole life.

I have just one appointment remaining in June on Tuesday 30th June at 12:00pm, followed by only a handful of appointments on 1st, 2nd and 3rd July before I take some time off. The clinic will then be closed, with appointments resuming on Tuesday 14th July.
