✨Always - Assessment first - Treatment second.✨

Not every jawline needs filler.

One of the biggest misconceptions in aesthetics is that filler is the answer to every concern in the lower face.
The truth is, there is no one-size-fits-all approach.
Every face is unique, and factors such as facial anatomy, muscle movement, skin quality and the ageing process all influence the most appropriate treatment plan.
Sometimes filler is the right choice. Sometimes it isn’t.
My role is to carry out a thorough assessment, understand your concerns and recommend the most appropriate approach for you—and occasionally, that means advising against filler altogether and maybe even not treating!
Natural results are achieved through careful assessment.

Every review means more than you know. 💚

Whether it’s positive feedback or constructive suggestions, I genuinely appreciate every review. They help me continue to learn, grow and provide the very best care for my patients.

If you’ve visited MyFace and have a moment to leave a Google review, I’d be so grateful. Your honest feedback not only supports my small business but also helps others choose a practitioner they can trust.

Thank you for your continued support – it truly means the world to me. 💚

Attending Public Health Collaboration 2026 really reinforced something important: longevity isn’t just about living longer — it’s about living well.

As a nurse, my role has never been just about delivering aesthetic treatments. I attend conferences like this because I want to give my patients the very best care, advice and education possible. There is so much more to my clinic than aesthetics alone.

So much of our health is shaped by what we put into our bodies, how we care for ourselves, the stress we carry, our hormones, our lifestyle, and whether we are actually listened to when we seek help.

One topic that deeply resonated was medical misogyny — the reality that women’s pain, symptoms and concerns are still too often dismissed, minimised or misunderstood in healthcare. Awareness is growing, but there is still so much more work to do.

True health and longevity require a holistic approach: prevention, nourishment, movement, hormone health, mental wellbeing, education and equitable healthcare.

I’m passionate about continuing to learn so I can support my patients in feeling confident, healthy, informed and heard — inside and out. ✨

Grateful to learn from some incredible speakers and experts at PHC 2026.

Happy International Nurses’ Day.

Today, we’re celebrating the incredible contribution of nursing in the UK and across the world.

I entered nursing in 1993 …
Student nurse.
Ward staff.
Ward sister.
Research nurse.
Vascular specialist nurse
Hospital at Night.
Nurse practitioner
Aesthetic practitioner.

Different uniforms. Different departments. Different challenges.
But always the same purpose — caring for people.
Years of night shifts, busy wards, emergency bleeps, teamwork, pressure, learning and growth have all shaped the journey.
Every role carried lessons. Every badge carried memories. Every chapter built resilience, compassion and experience that still stays with me today.
Nursing never really leaves you — it becomes part of how you think, work and care for others in every environment you step into.
Today, I’m especially grateful for my colleagues and carers — across hospitals, care homes, clinics, community care and every setting in between — for the compassion, strength and dedication you show every single day 💙

A very informative listen!!

Here are my clinically proven recommendations and some of the favourites in clinic!

SPF!!! First and foremost!
Choose a mineral SPF rather than chemical, they protect immediately, gentler on skin, and help prevent photoaging by reflecting UV rays rather than absorbing them like chemical sunscreens.

I absolutely love the radiant glow the Alumier sheer hydration delivers!

Vitamin C - anti-ageing anti oxidant a must have morning serum
Alumier Everactive C&E
Medik 8 C Tetra Advanced

Retinol/al/Tret- Always start low and slow. It’s a gentle journey not a race! ALWAYS speak with you practitioner regarding this

LED mask- I obviously love my in clinic but the at home one I wouid highly recommend (and is under£100) is

Polynucleotides and Profhilo are two powerful injectable treatments designed to improve overall skin quality rather than just “fill.”

Polynucleotides work at a cellular level to repair, hydrate, and regenerate the skin—boosting elasticity, improving texture, and supporting long-term skin health.

Profhilo delivers intense hydration while stimulating collagen and elastin, giving a natural glow, improved firmness, and smoother skin.
Together, they’re all about restoring healthy, radiant skin from within

I would also add in Sunekos -, A mix of HA + amino acids that rebuilds collagen & elastin — great for fine lines, crepey skin and under-eyes

Profhilo → best for hydration & glow

Polynucleotides → best for skin repair & regeneration

Sunekos → best for fine lines & collagen stimulation

There’s no single “best” — it depends on your skin concern, and often a combination gives the best results. Always seek advice from an experienced practitioner!
