IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT
Kayley is experiencing a large amount of Very last minute cancellations and no shows for very long appointments. This could mean 4 hours of her day, just cancelled the evening before or that day.
We understand that things crop up, and its been worse since covid. Although a lot of these appointments aren't covid based.
But PLEASE have some consideration for your self employed stylist.
Things CANNOT go on the way they have and Kayley is seriously considering putting in a cancellation policy. Which will mean a 50% non refundable deposit, especially on the run up to Christmas.
So please help your stylist out, by only making an appointment when your really feel you can make it.
