Howdy folks, I hope this finds you well. With a new lockdown approaching i will no longer be able to offer massage until the restrictions are lifted. I have thought that I know this maybe really challenging for a lot of people in different ways. I've been practising yoga and meditation for 11 years now and although I don't consider myself a "Teacher" I'm definitley experieced in this field. So during the following weeks, I'm offering my services in this department. I can offer 1:1 yoga classes and 1:1 meditation classes too. Howdy folks, I hope you're doing ok. So it's been a week since I have been able to start up my massage practise again. I've been really enjoying it. Having been through this pandemic and the levels of stress that it has caused, it's been really nice to be able to work with peoples bodies and work out the knots and see my clients just fall into a place of deep relaxation.

We've all been through a lot, so to be a part of the healing process even on an individual level feels special. So I'm happy to be back bringing people back into homeostasis
