Cancellation policy

Unfortunately due to increasing numbers of last minute cancellations effective immediately I will be enforcing my cancellation policy.

If an appointment is cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment the full fee will need to be paid.

If it is cancelled within 24-48 hours of the appointment 50% of the fee will need to be paid.

If it is cancelled within 48-72 hours of the appointment 25% of the fee will need to be paid.

If the fee isn't paid, I'll unfortunately have to cancel any upcoming appointments and rebooking won't be possible until the balance is paid.

Why I have to do this policy

Last minute cancellations can be to late to offer the appointment to someone else meaning I lose out in wages and I have a mortgage bills and kids to feed like everyone else. Unfortunately this is the only way I can carry on running my small business moving forward.

Before and after big change for this lovely young lady yesterday

This lovely lady had completely natural brown hair 6 weeks ago I forgot to take a before picture 🤦🏼‍♀️ she sent me some pictures of what she had in mind we discussed that it would take a couple of appointments to achieve the end result and now she has a beautiful blonde balayage
