Do treatments need to be limited during these periods of intense sunshine? Effective planning and discussion means that can continue to treat whilst maintaining your safety. Whether it’s a chemical treatment, microneedling or filler. We will discuss with your your options and have to manage post treatment care, even with this extreme weather. DM to find out more.

Melasma can flare up with sun, hormones, or stress. A gentle routine with Noon NAM, CYS, and TXA supports the skin during flare-ups, helps with resilience, and promotes a more even complexion when used consistently and with daily sun protection.
Pair these ingredients with broad-spectrum SPF, keep your routine gentle, and patch test new products.

As a registered nurse, I have a duty of care to provide you with evidence based treatments and to ensure that I act as an advocate and empower you to help you make the right decisions. This means having transparent discussions and sometimes saying no to treatments that I do not feel are in your best interests. Your treatment plan should be mutually agreed by us both, this is a partnership. For more details about our extensive consultation, drop us a DM.

Five things I hear in clinic that never quite make it onto social media.
The trampoline park you’re avoiding. The belly laugh you’re holding back. The high-impact class you’ve swapped for something gentler and told everyone it was a lifestyle choice. The day trip you’ve planned around toilets rather than the actual destination. And the one nobody says out loud at all.
None of this gets talked about enough, and I think that’s the real problem. Not the symptoms themselves, but the quiet workarounds women build their whole lives around so nobody has to know.
If any of this sounds familiar, you’re not being dramatic and you’re not on your own.
Pelvic floor issues are common, treatable, and nothing to be embarrassed about in my clinic.
Send me a message if you’d rather have this conversation privately. It stays between us.
Pelvic health and symptoms of a weak pelvic floor can affect both women and men. Issues such as bladder control, sexual dysfunction, painful periods and even prostate health can all be impacted by a weak pelvic muscle. Using cutting edge technology, such as electronic muscle stimulation, can help to strengthen this muscle and alleviate some of those symptoms.

What was the solution in achieving this beautiful glow?
This lovely lady visited us in clinic, just over a year ago. Her concerns were around general signs of ageing, dull skin and lines and wrinkles.
She did not have want to go down the injectable route, so we opted for a course of SkinPen and LED light therapy. At the end of the treatment course, she moved across to the CHA Skinscription package as well as changing her skin care at home to a combination of CHA Skin and Noon.
As part of her membership, she has attended clinic monthly and we have focused on collagen stimulation, skin barrier, tone and texture.
The results speak for themselves.
Healthy and glowing skin is a journey and one that, here at CHA, we specialise in.
Book your consultation with us and start your journey.
Are soft tissue fillers still a sought after treatment option?
With the focus on regenerative treatments, skin barrier and a@more natural look, are we seeing a decline in fillers?
Certainly not at CHA. Our approach is an holistic, person centred focus and where volume is lacking, we will always suggest filler as a treatment option to consider, alongside regeneration and skin health.
Comment whether fillers would be an option for you or not ?

Postnatal life brings a mix of joy and adjustment. Many women notice changes to the skin, a weaker bladder and pelvic floor, and weaker abdominal muscles as their bodies recover.
It’s normal to feel these shifts while you’re still focused on one of life’s greatest joys — your new baby.
Self-care tips to support you during this time:
- Gentle pelvic floor and core care: practise light pelvic floor exercises as advised by your clinician, stay hydrated, and listen to your body.
Small, regular movements add up.
- Skin health: stay hydrated, use a gentle routine, and protect skin from sun exposure.
Consider skin treatments that support tone and texture as you feel ready.
- Rest and reset: share feeding and care duties when possible, seek help, and give yourself grace as you adapt to new routines.
Our postnatal portfolio supports you through this period of joy and adjustment with a focused, evidence-informed approach. It includes:
- Electronic muscle stimulation for abs and pelvic floor to help strengthen core support and continence.
- Skin tone and texture improvements with chemical peels or skin tightening options. We use clinical grade treatment from Noon, which are safe during and post pregnancy.
- Stretch mark management with SkinPen and radio frequency for smoother texture.
If you’d like to explore how this could fit into your recovery plan, send a message to learn more or book a consultation. A compassionate, personalised approach can help you feel more like yourself again while you care for your new little one.
A weak pelvic floor muscle can cause distressing symptoms of urinary urgency and incontinence.
A common complaint from women is the challenge of bladder control. Which can start post pregnancy and escalate through menopause.
Using elcetronic muscle stimulation for pelvic floor strengthening, is a clinically proven solution to help manage these distressing symptoms.
