I had the pleasure to stay and work in this beautiful hotel. The architecture inside and out was absolutely stunning, and provided a very high quality service.

It's been 6 weeks now since I've started my preparation for a natural bodybuilding competition. 6 weeks with no alcohol 👀, no takeaways, chocolate, milk😅 and all my favourites.

But, I feel good and glad I'm doing it. It definitely, makes a difference knowing I'm doing this for something, otherwise I don't think I could commit myself so much.

My fitness journey has started. The next 6 months I will put myself under strict dieting and workout plans to bring my best performance in a natural bodybuilding competition. Excited to see the results? You bet I am.
