Such a beautiful afternoon.
We moved, we walked, we foraged, we chatted, we drank foraged tea we rested and most importantly we created community ❤️
Thank you for all who joined and a special thank you to Maria .weeds for sharing her knowledge and passion.
Yoga and Forage day done 😘
My therapeutic massage treatments usually finish with the head. In my opinion the perfect was to end a session. The body is already relaxed and lying face up, supported by pillows and bolsters working on the head enables the nervous system to sink deeper into relaxation.
Stimulating the parasympathetic nervous system which is responsible for the body's rest and digestion response when the body is relaxed, resting and fully at ease. The stimulation decreases respiration and heart rate and increases digestion. Often clients don't want to get off the couch!
Some of this is speeded up, in real time it's super slow & mindful
I have a few slots next week if you fancy some of this. ❤️

Join me for the yoga tradition of completing 108 Sun Salutations, Surya Namaskar, commonly used as a rite of passage or a way to mark life milestones and transitions like equinoxes or solstices.
This Sunday, the 21st we reach the mid point of the year, Summer Solstice. If you fancy joining me for this movement mediation, challenge, to mark the mid point of the year that would be amazing. 😁
Sunday 21st June 9.30am
We'll have modifications and pauses to get us through. 😊❤️
