Please take a moment to read my updated cancellation policy.

Unfortunately, over the last month I’ve had a significant number of last-minute cancellations and no-shows, resulting in lost income and valuable appointment time that could have been offered to other clients.

I always try my best to accommodate everyone, whether that’s staying late, starting early, or rearranging family commitments. I’ve also always been understanding when emergencies happen, but unfortunately I can no longer absorb the impact of repeated short-notice cancellations.

Going forward, my cancellation policy will apply to everyone and will be enforced. I have also introduced a 50% deposit for all new clients.

I truly appreciate everyone’s understanding. If the number of last-minute cancellations and no-shows continues, I will unfortunately have to introduce a 50% deposit requirement for all appointments, including existing clients.

Holiday prep is in full swing for me this week… Nails, toes, waxing, eyelashes, eyebrows — the list is endless 😂 But you always feel like a brand new woman afterwards!!

It’s been a crazy busy week but I’m loving all the holiday chats and seeing everyone getting ready for their trips ☀️🍹

The most magical bank holiday weekend celebrating my biggest boy turning 6 💙✨

We made the best memories with an overnight stay at Paultons Park, enjoying all the rides together and the boys absolutely loving being snuggled up in one big hotel bed 🛏️🎢

Then it was all about family, friends, and feeling so much love. FOUR birthday cakes later 🎂, countless candles blown out, and “Happy Birthday” sung more times than I can count… it’s safe to say he’s been truly celebrated 🥳

Such a special few days for a very lucky little lad 💫
