MOAN TIME - unfortunately today I’ve had a whole days work cancel for various different reasons given - more importantly cancelled within 24hours this is a lot of appointments that I am unable to fill with such short notice..

my policy is if you cancel within 48 hours then payment will need to be made in order to rebook as it’s my time being wasted.. I am a working mum with 4 children to juggle around too .. I am also working on my PMU semi permanent makeup and I need to schedule time for this to be added into my working day which is not an hours treatment.. going forward I am enforcing my policy ANY CANCELLATION WITHIN 48 HOURS WILL BE CHARGED IN FULL - YOU WILL NOT BEABLE TO REBOOK UNTIL THE FULL PAYMENT IS RECIEVED

I will still be offering these treatments at a reduced rate as i still want to build my confidence and portfolio with varying ages / skin tones .. however i am still working with all my usual treatment also carrying out my next venture in lip blush and eyeliner (lash enhancement) so time is limited for me having a family to run and a business.. but I will fit everyone in eventually 😌 anyway enough now but just wanted to share my success with my beautiful clients - have a great day 🤗
