I was taking the maximum dose of metformin… and it still wasn’t enough.

2,000mg a day.

Then came gliclazide.

Then empagliflozin.

At one point I was taking 9 tablets a day, yet my blood sugar continued to climb.

The biggest turning point wasn’t another medication.

It was finally asking the question:

“Why is this happening?”

For me, changing how often I ate, giving my body a daily fasting window, and eating fibre before my meals completely changed my direction.
