She has such a special way of making people feel comfortable, supported, and completely at ease from the moment they walk through the door ✨

Clinical Yoga is a gentle, personalised practice designed to support both physical and emotional wellbeing through mindful movement, breathwork, relaxation, and nervous system support. Every session is tailored entirely to you and your individual needs 🌿
