It has been a very quiet year for the foundation. As a family we have taken a step back to reflect on the direction we want to go with it.
It's hard. Hard to delve back into the root of the pain just when you feel like you are strong enough to deal with it.
We try to remain positive as we can in order to carry on Dan's legacy, as he always was SO positive and happy, but it hurts so much.
We will make a difference. We will use Daniel's kind, caring and loving nature to guide us down the long road ahead.

Thank you to everyone who continues to support us. Thank you for sharing your memories when we talk and thank you for always keeping Dan in your thoughts and memories.

Not a day goes by that we don't speak his name and share a smile with a funny story. The ache in our hearts remains the same but we are determined to make a change for the futures of others.
