I just wanted to take this opportunity to apologise to all those clients (friends) who I had to cancel before Christmas. My dad took a turn for the worse and I had the choice of sending him to hospital, which he pleaded with me not to do, or move him into my house and nurse him myself. I chose the latter. The only room downstairs that would take a hospital bed and necessary equipment was my manicure room. I am taking each day as it comes at the moment but am currently repurposing the orangery at the back of our house as my manicure room. Work is currently underway and I hope it will be ready in the next 2 or 3 weeks. The purpose of my post is to give you the opportunity to find another manicurist if you don’t feel comfortable with my temporary arrangement. I totally understand and will not hold it against you at all. I do hope to continue doing what I love with all of you I’m so fond of, but have to be realistic. This temporary change may not be acceptable to you. I’m taking things hour by hour at the moment and am getting incredible help by Farley hospice carers who I don’t know how I’d be coping without. Will update you as soon as new work space (with an amazing view of my beautiful garden ) 😬 sorry am I allowed to say that 🙈🤷‍♀️ - it is though , you’ll love it come the spring! Thank you all so much for your friendship, support and messages. Means more than you know. 🙏 hope to see you all soon xx
