Last night we had the absolute pleasure of sharing a Sound Bath experience with the wonderful ladies of Nailstone Women’s Institute 💛

With the theme of 🌱 New Beginnings 🌱, we gently welcomed the energy of spring — a time of renewal, growth, and fresh possibilities. Through the soothing vibrations of gongs and crystal singing bowls, we created a space to pause, breathe, and reconnect… letting go of the old and inviting in the new.

It was such a beautiful evening filled with calm, curiosity, and connection — thank you for welcoming us so warmly and embracing something a little different ✨

Spring reminds us that no matter where we are, we can always begin again 💫

✨ Saturday was such a special day.
We were invited to deliver a wonderful private sound bath for a group of eight friends — each one gifted the experience by their host as a birthday present for the year ahead. How beautiful is that? 🎁✨

After the session, everyone enjoyed scrumptious cakes and lashings of tea, coffee… and of course, a little wine. Dave and I even had the best choux buns we’ve ever tasted — courtesy of Birds the Bakers! 😍🥐

Most of the group had never experienced a sound bath before, and the feedback was just lovely. One lady who had been to a sound bath previously said, “This was much better than the one I’ve been to before.”
Comments like that truly mean the world. 💛

We’re so grateful to have been part of this beautiful, shared birthday celebration — such a thoughtful and heartfelt way to honour friendships. 🌿✨

🌿 Freedom To Be You has moved! 🌿

We’ve relocated — just a short 6-minute drive from our previous venue — and the difference is truly peaceful.

No more footsteps or voices echoing in the stairwell, no background noise of busy spaces… just calm, quiet surroundings filled with the gentle sounds of birds, wind chimes, and the occasional leaf vacuum from a neighbour 🍃

The new cabin is surrounded by open space, offering privacy and a real sense of safety — a place where you can relax, reflect, and explore whatever you need in peace.

✨ Sometimes, a small move makes a big difference.

Excited after this mornings meeting with NWLC to collaborate on the Menopause program next year. We will really look forward to working with local ladies struggling at this difficult time in life. Our sound baths can bring relaxation and a time to focus on what it is you want and need.

Imagine having a Gong and Sound Bath on a mountain. It would be heavenly wouldn’t it! This was a recent photo from the Peak District and the views were amazing (after many stops climbing up the mountain).
But for now we’re looking at venues in Atherstone. That’s the next on the list.
