The woman on the left had dreams… the woman on the right is finally living them. ✨

2018 ➡️ 2026.

This isn’t just a physical transformation. It’s years of fighting through heartbreak, setbacks, chronic pain, IVF, self-doubt, and learning to believe in myself again.

I’ve lost 9 stone 6lb, but the biggest transformation isn’t what the scales say… it’s the confidence, strength, determination, and resilience I’ve found along the way.

Every qualification, every client, every late night studying, every challenge has helped shape the business I have today. 💙
If there’s one thing I’ve learned, it’s that progress doesn’t happen overnight. It comes from showing up for yourself, even on the days you don’t feel like you can’t.
