A snippet of my day yesterday….. I decided to go and surprise one of my recent students on her first day within a salon 🥰🙊 I’m so proud of her & can’t wait to watch her continuously grow!! (PS…. My first attempt at a reel🙈please be nice, I am working on it🤣🤣)
Training isn’t just about providing students with the knowledge and skill (obviously that is the main part🙊) HOWEVERRRRR I hear so many horror story’s of how students have been left in the dark once completing there training, mainly lacking confidence and knowledge😢 For 1 you WILL NOT leave my academy unless you are the most confident you can possibly be! 2, I am there before, during & after for any support, help or advice the students may need aswell as offering COMPLIMENTARY refresher days if needs be. Anddddd it is so more rewarding when you genuinely build friendships & connections with your students❤️ I personally stay in touch will ALL my students I train…… it is amazing to watch them all grow as individuals and for me to continuously be a part of there journey. That extra support can go such a longggg way for anyone starting out🥰🥰🥰
