Anyone booked in for massage just be aware it will be abit noisier than normal as I will have to have the AC unit on otherwise it will be unbearable 🔥 Anyone coming for lymphatic drainage please drink plenty of water throughout the day!💕

I rarely post things like this, but I’m genuinely shocked by how some people can behave—especially when they work in the beauty industry themselves.

As beauty professionals, we all know the impact that last-minute cancellations and no-shows have on a business. We know the time, preparation, and income lost when an appointment is cancelled at short notice. We know how difficult it can be to fill that space.

So for someone who works in the same industry to completely disregard a cancellation policy and cancel at the last minute is incredibly disappointing.

My cancellation policy is very clear: any appointment cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled time requires full payment. This policy is in place to protect my business, my time, and my income—just as many other beauty professionals have policies in place to protect theirs.

Emergencies happen, and that’s understandable. But choosing to ignore policies that you would expect your own clients to follow is something entirely different.

Professional courtesy costs nothing. Respect goes both ways. A thankyou to all my lovely clients who never let me down, I appreciate all of you and your support 🤍
