Another training day complete. Today was MLD - Manual Lymphatic Drainage.
Although lymphatic drainage techniques have long formed part of my massage work, I wanted to gain dedicated accredited certification in Manual Lymphatic Drainage to further strengthen my knowledge and treatment offering.
