Highly recommend carmen for any gas/boiler/plumbing needs 👌🏼she has been out to me 3 times in the last month...1st time..i thought i had a burst pipe but it was a frozen backed up drain 🙈, 2nd time, my heating wasnt working but my hot water was???!..I'd put the pressure up on my boiler half asleep the night before as it had dropped, and i'd turned the wrong turney knobby thing when i did it 🤣. Both times she told me not to panic and kept me calm, and was with me 1st thing the next day!! And yesterday she serviced my boiler. 100% genuine, honest, hard working, gas engineer! ❤️
