If you say "brassy," which color is it??

If you can’t name WHICH brassy color you're looking at, how can you refine or correct it with the right tone?

Once you name the color,
✔ Is it orange, gold, or red?

And decide...
✔ Is it too warm or just the wrong type of warm?

THEN you can determine..

✔ Do you need to neutralize, refine, or enhance

That way you tone on purpose instead of guessing

And you'll create a result that looks intentional, not sort of corrected

Remeber...If you can’t name the specific color, you can’t control it.

The more specific you get in your color identity, the closer you get to reaching your color target.

So this ladies hair was brown .and of course it’s been previously box dyed red underneath , so yes of course it didn’t wanna budge ! Can you belive it was bright orange with pink on the ends and the roots were blonde . I used a blue semi toner and a dot of purple added to clear with 1-9 and 9-12 and for our first sitting it came out the perfect match to the hair Exstention. Ha ah when u need a true rereading just drag your client outside . Honestly these pics didn’t do it justice .

We have a few remaining appointments left for this week sat and Thursday and Wednesday . Also please note my last working day is sat 28 th then I’m off for 8 days thankyou x

Well I never get time to post as I’m usally so busy, but here are a few we did this week , hair up and from box brunette to a beautiful blonde . This was done in one sitting . And it was quite patchy . So we root faded it and lifted the ends with highlights and balayaged each fine section . It’s not perfect yet !!! For me .. but in the next sitting it will be my perfect ❤️

Well a quiet week.. turned into a vey busy week honestly I’m so grateful to all my beautiful clients for keeping my buisness going for over 15 years .I had many of my clients for over 26 years when I first moved to the area , and they still stand by me .-and a massive thank you to my staff who truly are amazing they definitely pick me up when I’m low . They really are selfless .. we are a great team . These girls really are my back bone .kat talllue , Gabriella # # #
