✨ A Gentle Reminder About Appointment Cancellations ✨

Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. When cancellations are made with less than 48 hours’ notice, it can be very difficult to fill that space, and it means other clients may miss the opportunity to book.

As a small business, my time is valuable, and I work hard to accommodate everyone as best I can. Respecting appointment times helps keep the schedule running smoothly and supports the business.

I completely understand that emergencies happen, and I always try to be as understanding as possible. However, I kindly ask all clients to provide at least 48 hours’ notice if they need to cancel or reschedule.

Thank you for respecting my time, my business, and fellow clients who are waiting for appointments. Your support means so much and is truly appreciated. 💕

Cancellations/Rescheduling made within 48hrs of your appointment will incur a 50% fee,

No shows will be charged at 100%,

Your appointments and loyalty are very important to us, we understand sometimes this isn’t possible and unavoidable emergencies will not be charged.
