Fill your cheeks with air, place your fingers gently over your mouth to help prevent puckering and appearance of smoker’s lines, then slowly transfer the air from one cheek to another while breathing through your nose. Stop if anything feels uncomfortable, and don’t over inflate cheeks. This will help tone the cheek muscles for a fuller, lifted appearance.

Cover your teeth with your lips and make an “O” shape with your mouth. Place your index fingers lightly under your eyes with your fingertips.Look up and flutter your eyelids. Hold for 30 seconds. Try to keep forehead relaxed.

After 35 years in the beauty industry, I’ve learned that sometimes the simplest techniques are the most effective.

This is one of my favourite facial massage moves to help release tension and enhance the appearance of the cheek area naturally.

Hook your fingers as shown and glide from centre of the face towards the ears. Lift off and repeat.

Using index and middle fingers, glide across the jaw as shown. Next gently, pinch down to the muscle ( do not bruise the skin) Lift off. Repeat. Finish, by lightly tapping under jaw with back of your hand. These techniques help to release tension and relax the jaw.

Place middle fingers between your eyebrows, then place index fingers at the corners of you eyes. Look up and squint. You will feel a little shake or pulse. Hold 2/3 seconds. Repeat up to 6 times. Stop if anything feels uncomfortable. Remove contact lenses before this exercise. This is great for reducing lines, wrinkles around the eyes by strengthening the lower side, part of the orbicularis oculi muscle.

Using thumb and two fingers, gently pinch the cheeks, be careful not to bruise the skin. Work all over the cheek area, lifting and pinching, not pulling the skin. This is great for boosting circulation, giving the skin a healthier glow.

Using clean fingertips, gently tap all over the face- forehead,cheeks, jawline and under eyes ( switch to ring finger).
You can tap over make up if you’re running late.
Tap lightly for 30-60 seconds to wake up skin, boost circulation and reduce puffiness naturally.

Take two fingers and smooth up gently. Then place two fingers between the brows, part, lift and hold while relaxing forehead( place hand over forehead to relax it). Repeat for 30 seconds.
This will help soften the appearance of deep forehead lines naturally.

Puff out your cheeks, and close your lips together. Start breathing in and out of your nose deeply. Then transfer air from cheek to cheek. Continue for up to 30 seconds, if you can.
This will lift and tone the muscles to firm the cheeks, reducing lines and wrinkles. Place fingers over mouth to smooth out any lines, keep fingers there throughout to tauten the skin slightly.

Using tip of tongue trace inside your mouth upwards to edge of nose. Lift off and repeat on other side. Do this 3 times.
If anything feels uncomfortable stop.
