When Laura isn’t creating magic at the salon, she’s a devoted mum to her two wonderful children and enjoys spending quality time with her partner, Ben. 💕 Family is everything to Laura, and her caring nature makes her an absolute joy to be around—both at work and at home.

✔️ On-street parking is available outside the front of the house
✔️ Access to the treatment room is via the gate in the driveway

🚫 Please don’t block the driveway at any time, as access is needed throughout the day.

⏰ We understand that life can get hectic, but we kindly ask for a 48 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. This allows us to accommodate other clients and make the most of our beauty experts' time. 💅🏻🧖‍♀️

LESS THAN 48 HOURS NOTICE- we may struggle to fill your slot with little notice. We will charge up to 100% of your service price.

NO SHOW POLICY-⁠ Your appointment time is especially reserved for you. We kindly ask for you to let us know if you cannot make it 48 hours before your appointment so we can make the slot available to other clients. You will be charged 100% of the service price and will not be able to book further appointments without paying this charge. ⁠ ⁠

LATE ARRIVALS-⁠ Kindly note that all appointments are booked for a specific amount of time. If you happen to be running 10-15 minutes late, we may not be able to accommodate your full service and be offered a shorter service time but you may still be charged for the original booking time. If we cannot offer you the treatment due to time then a 100% charge will be taken and we can re schedule your appointment. ⁠ ⁠ ⁠

If you’ve visited the salon, chances are you’ve already met Lisa — our passionate, skilled, and absolutely wonderful beauty therapist! 💖 Lisa’s love for her job shines through in everything she does, with intimate waxing being her most popular and in-demand treatment ✨ Known for her professionalism, precision, and ability to put clients instantly at ease, you’re always in safe hands.

Outside of the salon, Lisa’s world revolves around her gorgeous 20-month-old daughter Reya and her partner, Martin 👶💞 When she’s not being mum, she dedicates time to fitness — training in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu 🥋, smashing sessions at Team James Bootcamp, and building strength with personal training sessions with Beccy 💪
