In a couple of weeks, hot stone massage will be available to book on the booking system.

My hot stone massage treatment will combine Swedish massage techniques. As the stones warm up the body, that’s the perfect time to really work on aching, tight muscles.

Studies show that a hot stone massage can be a helpful way to reduce stress and anxiety, promote relaxation, and ease pain and muscle tension.
The heat they release gets deep into the skin and the muscles, providing relaxation and relief from tension. Hot stone massages are beneficial for conditions like muscle pain, arthritis stress, blood circulation and digestion
