*CANCELLATION POLICY* 2025

Unfortunately due to high volumes of cancellations and missed appointment please see our new cancellation policy.

We have always tried to avoid this as we understand life happens and plans change. However, the impact currently is just too great.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment within 48hrs you will not be charged.

If you cancel with less than 48hrs notice, you will be charged half the cost of your appointment.

If you cancel 24hrs or less, you will be charged full price of your appointment.

Bank details will be sent across to you if you don’t already have them for the payment to be made.

You will not be able to rebook your appointment until payment has been made.

Cancellations last minute have a high impact on our business.
