Every April I have to increase my prices slightly to cover costs.

Just a polite reminder.
This is the last week of me working before Christmas and is the busiest week of the year.
I've had a lot cancel last minute already for this week which isnt fair on others who wanted an appointment before Christmas. I may have to start taking deposits as cancellations are a massive thing at the moment.
Please can people be ready when I arrive at your home ready for me to start your hair straight away please.
Sorry for the rant but it's been happening alot even before this Christmas period.
