I have an announcement.

I have decided to completely close the doors for the foreseeable future in my beauty hut.
Since losing Karl, I can’t explain how and what goes through my mind when I think about work.
And creating a post saying I’m ready just hasn’t happened.

Also my eldest has been given a provisional date for an operation, (which can still change 😭) and the recovery will hopefully be smooth sailing but I want to be a 100% there and not feeling guilty about cancelling/changing appointments.

I am going to be focusing on another job that’s making money for the time being, and allowing me the evenings to spend with my family and help with bedtime.

I was struggling to do evenings for a while’s and so the decision to completely stop has been made.

I will post here in the future should I start up again.
I’m not planning on selling my nail equipment.
However my 2 chairs, stool, a sofa will be up for sale. They would be perfect for anyone looking to start out xx
I’ll be wanting £200 for it all. Will also come with the cushion & blanket.
Sofa needs clean on the seat cushions as you can’t remove them to machine wash- just daily wear and tear. It’s got nothing wrong with it. No tears or anything.
The chairs have been sat in a handful of times as I was hearing back from maternity leave when everything happened x

To all my long standing clients, friends & family who have trusted me with your nails thank you for being an ear to talk to over the last few months. It’s been an incredible support (even if it has only been 3 people every 3 weeks)

Maybe one day My door will re-open, but for now, thank you for your support.

Hey Everyone,

So sorry to be a pain, but losing my brother has taken a toll on my mental health that I can’t even describe.
I have a good day, then a bad day, and during the good days I still have a tear.
Grief is unexplainable, and I find myself in bed a lot of the time.
I know they say “get back to it, it will help” but for me, getting back to it isn’t an office where I’m able to hide behind a phone and not talk, it’s a sit down for a minimum of an hour talking about my grief & life (and yours of course), and I quite honestly don’t know what else to talk about, as his death just so consuming. Nor am I ready to not talk about it (if that makes any sense; let me know)
I find it difficult to talk about him let alone think about anything else; and that’s not fair on you lovely ladies.

There fore, I have decided to take a longer break from nails, until I feel like I can hold a conversation without crying at least. So sorry xx

I just want to express my gratitude to all my lovely clients who have had to have their nail appointments cancelled.

I have decided not to return to work until after the funeral.
I am giving my self time to grieve before & after, and and to spend time with my family and remember my brother in the best way 💔💙.

I will be looking to return the 1st week of October;
I appreciate your lovely nails may need infills much prior to this, but please accept my sincere apologies.
If you need any recommendations on who to go to for interim appointments let me know; as I’m sure a lovely lady I know will not mind doing some infills seeing that we both use the same products 🥰💔

I wouldn’t wish this type of grief on anyone.
And my heart is not only bleeding for me, but my family, his son and his wife.

No matter the circumstances no one deserves to lose a brother, father, son or husband so soon xx
