Our page may have been a little quiet lately, but we have been busy behind the scenes looking into more allegations and complaints. More news to come soon.

This weekend I had yet another brokenhearted client of this horrendous company contact me. It appears that if you do choose to use Ian Morgan to disfigure you do not under any circumstances consider letting him anywhere near your face or neck. This is a procedure that he seems unable to master and the majority of the people that have contacted me and shown me photos have confirmed this.

Were you all aware of the findings of Soul Care Aesthetics and assessment given by the CQC, or the Care Quality Commission, they are the independent regulator for health and adult social care in England, they have found many failings and areas that require overall improvement anybody can download the full report to read themselves some of the failings including offering services to 16 to 18-year-olds.

If you have had any sort of issue or problem with Soul Care Aesthetics, one of your first stops should be the CQC to make them aware

Have you seen this. What an absolute joke. If you realized how many revisions this man does and how many that he refuses to do as he thinks his bodged surgeries will suffice. I feel a big media and CQC involvement is coming soon.

Due to the increased volume of Messages ?, I’ve had keep following me and share. If you can we need to find more victims of this horrendous clinic below or a few steps on how to begin reporting them to the correct governing bodies.

 Internal Complaint (First Step):
Clinic/Hospital: Start by formally complaining to the clinic or hospital where you had the procedure; they have their own procedures.
Surgeon: Speak directly with the surgeon involved about your concerns.
External Bodies (If Unresolved):
General Medical Council (GMC): Regulates doctors and can investigate serious misconduct by a surgeon.
Independent Healthcare Sector Complaints Adjudication Service (ISCAS): For issues with private hospitals/clinics registered with them; they offer independent mediation/adjudication.
Care Quality Commission (CQC): For England, you can share concerns about the quality of care, which helps them monitor services (they don't investigate individual complaints).
Joint Council for Cosmetic Practitioners (JCCP): A professional body to raise concerns about practitioners in aesthetic treatments, including surgical and non-surgical.
Professional Associations:
British Association of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons (BAAPS): Members adhere to standards, and they have their own complaints process.
Key Tips:
Document Everything: Keep records of your correspondence, photos, and notes.
Check Registration: See if your provider is registered with bodies like the JCCP or BAAPS for quality assurance.
Seek Support: Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS) in the NHS or a complaint advocate can offer help with the process.

Swab left by IAN MORGAN was left inside lung surgery patient at Wolverhampton's New Cross Hospital

A medical swab was left inside the body of a patient during surgery, an inquest has heard. Retired accountant John M # # # # was admitted to New Cross Hospital for the surgery to remove a tumour from his lung on May 1 last year.

But an inquest into the 82-year-old yesterday heard that a swab was mistakenly left in him, and only discovered after a follow-up operation five days later. The inquest at Smethwick Council House heard from two scrub nurses who had been involved in his operation and who had counted the number of swabs out of the operating room.
Both said that as far as they were concerned the proper procedures were followed, with the right number of swabs present after the surgery.

One of the nurses, Joy Patriarca, said: "As far as I know we had done our best, and it was a straightforward procedure, we did our counts successfully, and it was a complete count. If I had known there was a problem at the time I would have told the surgeon."

Mr IAN MORGAN, the surgeon who carried out the procedure, said that following surgery he did not see a swab.

Asked by assistant Black Country coroner Angus Smillie if he was satisfied he had not missed one, Mr Morgan said: "At the time I was satisfied, clearly in retrospect I'm not."

The inquest was also told that in the days following the first surgery three x-rays were taken of Mr M # # # # # chest and no-one that reviewed them, including Mr IAN MORGAN , spotted the swab

Asked why it was not seen, Mr IAN MORGAN said: "Because I wasn't looking for one. There had been nothing raised to suggest there was an issue."

Mr M # # # # #, from Kingswinford, was not recovering as well as hoped and a second operation was carried out on May 5, when one more swab was counted out than expected.

Investigations, during which Mr Morgan was excluded from work for a year, revealed it had been left inside Mr M # # # # # He died on May 26 last year, with a post-mortem revealing 'overwhelming' pneumonia.

The inquest heard that although the surgery contributed to the pneumonia due to Mr M # # # # # age, the swab had no impact on his health.
